3. Services

UpvoteShop provides Reddit engagement services that can help increase interaction around public Reddit posts or comments. Available services may include votes, comments, posts, ranking support, account-related tools, and related Dashboard features.

Customers are responsible for submitting live, public Reddit URLs and content that complies with applicable law, subreddit rules, Reddit policies, and these Terms. We may reject or stop work that appears spammy, unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for the requested service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UpvoteShop for illegal content, harassment, hate content, adult or sensitive content, deceptive claims, political manipulation, spam, or activity that violates third-party rights.

5. Payments and Credits

Service fees depend on the selected package, quantity, and Dashboard settings. Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers. Credits are charged for delivered work. If an order cannot be completed, unused credits may be returned to your account where applicable.

6. Refunds

Refund handling depends on the order status and what work has already been delivered. Credits for undelivered work may be returned when an order is canceled or cannot continue. Content deleted after completion is not normally eligible for credit return.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including links, text, and instructions. You grant UpvoteShop permission to use that content as needed to provide the requested service.

8. Third-Party Services

UpvoteShop may interact with or link to third-party services, including Reddit and payment providers. Those services have their own rules and policies. UpvoteShop does not control Reddit moderation, ranking systems, or third-party payment systems.

9. Confidentiality

Information reasonably understood as confidential should be treated as confidential. We use customer information to provide services, support, account operations, and legal compliance.

10. Termination

You may stop using UpvoteShop at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create operational risk, or misuse the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reddit activity, moderation, account behavior, ranking, and visibility can change outside our control. We do not promise that a post or comment will stay live, rank in a specific place, or produce a specific business result.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, UpvoteShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, unavailable systems, moderation decisions, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold UPVOTE GLOBAL LIMITED harmless from claims related to your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
